Hi I'm Jay and this is my company The Real Scrum.  I have had a successful Rugby career and my father was a pioneer for mini rugby.  I have played Rugby since I was 5 years old at many different rugby clubs around Kent and London.  I ended my career at Gravesend RFC due to injuries, but I still carry my love of the game.  Coaching and watching is the next best thing to playing rugby and I have coached at Wimborne RFU, Oakmedians RFU, Sidcup under 16's  and St Olaves Grammar School over the years.  I am currently the Analysis Coach at Westcombe Park RFU, who are a national team.  I am also affiliated with the Jamaican Rugby Team.
